Rouguyatou is a business lawyer with ten years experience in legal practice focused on Africa continent. Before founding Mandémory, Rouguyatou has set up and consolidated the legal management of a microfinance group based in Africa, Asia and Europe. In this context, she was in charge of legal governance, which included corporate, contract and banking and microfinance law. She therefore has an in-depth knowledge of local legal systems and a clear understanding of issues faced by companies and groups.
Rouguyatou has also structured the organisation of the legal function by setting-up guides and processes and supervising local legal managers. Rouguyatou has a particular interest for subjects related to legal digitalization. She is deeply attached to Africa and dreams of having a positive impact on the development of its companies and living conditions of inhabitants.
